Unreachable Customer Policy

You must provide valid contact information. If we cannot reach you within 3 days, your order will be marked as unclaimed. After 30 days, unclaimed orders may be discarded or donated, with no refunds.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or unreachable information. Additional re-delivery costs will be your responsibility.

Payments are processed in GBP (£). Currency conversions shown are estimates. Final charges may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are only considered in special cases. Approved refunds return 90% of the payment; 10% is kept to cover fees.
